PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE - at Williams Ski & Sports we pride ourselves on our product knowledge and customer service. We like to make sure you get the right equipment the first time around. Within 14 days of purchase, if you are not happy with your wakeboard, surfboard or slalom ski, please give our staff a call and we will find the right gear to get you back on the water. DISCLAIMER - ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN 'GOOD AS NEW' CONDITION! ANY DENTS, DINGS, SCRATCHES, MODIFCATIONS TO BOOTS, PADS or FINS WILL DISQUALIFY ITEMS FROM THIS PROGRAM. PERFORMACE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST AND SHIPPING COST OF REPLACEMENT ITEMS.
RETURNS - Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and in original condition including all packaging and labels. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
DAMGAGED GOODS - INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATLY!! If an item in your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please take photos of damaged product, damaged boxes and packaging. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery, after 48hrs, you accept shipment AS IS.
SHIPPING - Shipping is free on purchases over $100. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
